By creating an account and using neon4d services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. To create an account on neon4d, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. You are limited to one account per person. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
neon4d reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued ID (Indonesian National ID / KTP), proof of address, and selfie verification. You must provide requested documents within 30 days. Failure to complete verification may result in account restrictions including withdrawal suspension. We use KYC to prevent fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, and to comply with international gaming regulations.
You acknowledge that online gambling laws vary by jurisdiction. While neon4d operates under an international gaming license and accepts players from Indonesia, you are solely responsible for determining whether your participation complies with applicable local laws. neon4d does not provide legal advice regarding gambling legality in your jurisdiction.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether authorized by you or not. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify neon4d customer support immediately via live chat or email.
You must ensure all information provided to neon4d remains accurate and up-to-date. If your email address, phone number, or residential address changes, you must update your account details promptly through Account Settings or by contacting customer support.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breach of these Terms:
neon4d accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and other approved payment methods. Minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise stated for specific promotions. Deposits are processed instantly for major banks during banking hours. You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and may result in account suspension.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 1-24 hours for verified accounts, subject to security checks and KYC completion. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. First-time withdrawals require identity verification. You may only withdraw to a bank account registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are prohibited for anti-money laundering compliance. neon4d reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing large withdrawals.
Deposits used to claim bonuses may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. You must complete all applicable wagering requirements before requesting a withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw funds before meeting wagering requirements may result in bonus forfeiture. See Section 5 for detailed bonus terms.
neon4d does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment processors. Currency conversion fees do not apply as all transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
neon4d complies with international anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on accounts with unusual transaction patterns or high-value deposits. Deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal to prevent money laundering. Failure to cooperate with AML investigations may result in account suspension and fund forfeiture.
All bonuses and promotions offered by neon4d are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the promotions page. By claiming a bonus, you agree to the applicable wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum bet limits. Bonus terms may vary by promotion type (welcome bonus, reload bonus, cashback, free spins, etc.).
Most bonuses require you to wager the bonus amount plus deposit amount a specified number of times before withdrawal. Typical wagering requirements range from 10x to 40x depending on the promotion. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and sports bets may contribute 10-50% or be excluded entirely. neon4d reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate winnings if we determine that a player has abused or attempted to abuse a bonus. Examples of bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly, coordinated play with other players to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, using automated software to clear bonuses, or any other strategy designed to exploit bonus terms without genuine gameplay risk. We employ sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify bonus abuse patterns.
If you request a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements, any active bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited unless otherwise specified in the bonus terms. You may contact customer support to cancel an active bonus at any time, which will remove the bonus balance but allow you to withdraw deposited funds (subject to any minimum wagering requirements for AML compliance).
All games on neon4d use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer results to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results cannot be manipulated by neon4d or any third party. We conduct regular third-party audits to verify RNG integrity and game fairness. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session results.

For sports betting, all bets are settled according to the official result recognized by the relevant sports governing body. If an event is postponed, abandoned, or canceled, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless otherwise specified in sports betting rules. Settlement of live in-play bets is based on the score at the time the bet was placed, not the final match result, except for match winner markets.
In the event of game malfunction, system error, or incorrect odds display, neon4d reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. If you encounter a technical error or suspect a malfunction, you must report it to customer support immediately. Continuing to play after discovering a malfunction or attempting to exploit technical errors may result in account suspension.
While neon4d strives to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform. We reserve the right to suspend services temporarily for maintenance, security updates, or technical issues. neon4d is not liable for any losses incurred due to service interruptions, provided such interruptions are not caused by our gross negligence.
neon4d integrates third-party game providers, payment processors, and other services. We are not responsible for failures, errors, or misconduct of third-party service providers. Claims related to third-party services should be directed to the respective provider. However, we will assist in facilitating communication and resolution where possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neon4d's total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our services is limited to the amount of funds in your account at the time of the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. neon4d does not guarantee winnings and is not responsible for gambling losses. You are solely responsible for your betting decisions and for gambling within your financial means. We strongly encourage the use of responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, loss limits, and self-exclusion features.
neon4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice if we determine that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused bonuses, or violated any applicable laws. Upon termination, you forfeit all bonuses and any winnings derived from prohibited activities. Deposited funds not associated with fraudulent activity will be returned after deducting any applicable fees or chargebacks.
You may request self-exclusion from neon4d at any time by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent closure. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to access your account, deposit funds, or place bets. Self-exclusion is immediate and cannot be reversed until the chosen period expires. For permanent self-exclusion, account closure is irreversible.
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. neon4d may charge an inactivity fee of Rp 50,000 per month on inactive accounts with positive balances, deducted monthly until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. You will be notified via email before inactivity fees are applied. To reactivate an inactive account, log in or contact customer support.
You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, you must withdraw all funds from your account. Accounts with active bonuses or pending withdrawals cannot be closed until those processes complete. Once closed, account reopening is subject to neon4d approval and may require re-verification.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which neon4d is licensed to operate. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
If you have a dispute with neon4d, you must first attempt to resolve it through our customer support team via live chat or email. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within 14 days, you may escalate the matter to our management team by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Dispute - [Your Account ID]." We will investigate and respond within 30 business days.
If a dispute remains unresolved after exhausting our internal complaint process, you may refer the matter to our licensing authority's Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service. Contact details for the ADR service are available upon request from customer support. The ADR decision is binding on neon4d but not on the player, who retains the right to pursue legal action if unsatisfied with the outcome.
Any claim or dispute arising from these Terms or your use of neon4d services must be brought within one year from the date the cause of action arose. Claims filed after this limitation period are barred.

The invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent.
